U23 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the u23 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before registering or making any transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the u23 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the u23 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

The u23 platform may only be used by individuals who have reached the minimum age requirement set by local law. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the u23 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. u23 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to freeze or close an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or false.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

U23 platform users agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive to platform operations. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack the system, manipulating game outcomes, or using automated software (bots) to place bets.

Use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to resell access, operate a betting business on u23's behalf without written authorisation, or transfer funds between accounts for unauthorised purposes is strictly prohibited.

U23 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the u23 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). u23 does not accept payments in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion charges that may be imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Deposits that have been successfully credited to your account are final and cannot be reversed, except under circumstances specified by our withdrawal policy. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or eWallet details provided for withdrawals are accurate and belong to the user themselves. u23 is not liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, u23 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or delays in transaction processing.

U23 strives to keep the platform running smoothly but does not guarantee 100% continuous uptime. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. Users are not entitled to claim compensation for such interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the u23 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of u23 or our licensors. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without written authorisation from u23.

Suspended or Closed Account Policy

U23 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our discretion in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. In the case of a legitimate account closure, any eligible cash balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.

Third-Party Links

The u23 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. u23 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

U23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the u23 platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
